Some History About Heber Down
Heber Down is a Conservation Area located in Whitby, Ontario. It is about 5km of trail, and its beauty is complemented by two bodies of water, namely, Lynde Creek & Glacial Lake Iroquois. The history of Glacial Lake Iroquois dates back 13,000 years to the end of the last ice age. It is used for fishing. The trails can be used for hiking, walking, running, and biking. Some open green spaces can be used for picnicking. At some point, a railway ran through the devil den’s area; all that remains is substantial concrete structures. I am sure that in winter, this area is used for outdoor activities as well.
That was just irresponsible on their part. Not only could it start a dog fear in your little one, but if a behavior no one wants in their pet. Vent away, we as dog owners have responsibilities to those we expose to our pets and to those pets….On another note,. hiking and getting outdoors is the best, looks like fun had by all!
It was very irresponsible on the dog owner’s part, and it wasn’t an enjoyable experience for the kids. Dog ownership is a huge responsibility, which is why I do not have one yet. But yes, the outdoors are the best, and we did have fun exploring.
Beautiful family! Nothing beats nature, outdoor looks stunning
Thank you. Agreed, the outdoors are the best.
“ I know dog lovers will have all the politically correct explanations as to why the dog behaved in that manner, and believe me, I have the politically incorrect responses for you. ”
I love it!???
But in all seriousness, that is one of my greatest pet peeves… irresponsible dog owners. Every dog is “the calmest, nicest dog ever” until it attacks someone. ?
Exactly, I love fur babies, but I know how unpredictable they can be. Some dog owners need a lesson in being responsible, super annoying.
